 The Holistic Hands Community Development Corporation (HHCDC) is a charitable, faith-based 501(c)3 organization. Our vision is to assertively advocate for the social, educational, and economic conditions of individuals and families. Our focus is to bridge the gap between the community and its resources, to provide purpose-driven, community-oriented programs that ensure family stability. Although our desire is to provide for all families in the Central Pennsylvania area, we believe in taking steady measured steps towards success. Therefore our initial focus is census tracks 206, 207 and 208, more commonly referred to as the Uptown Harrisburg Community. |

Our motto “Honoring Holistic Connections for Diverse  Communities” keeps us connected to the community. We believe as the community needs change, our venture is to have projects that regenerate the community such as affordable housing, create sustainable economic development initiatives, be a focus for investments as well as build wealth and promote entrepreneurship.
