 Servant Leader—Elder Paulette Smith

This ministry is to comfort those who grieve as Isaiah 61:3 says:

“To provide for those who grieve in Zion, to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called mighty oaks, a planting of the LORD for the display of his splendor.”

Mission

To provide comfort to those who grieve and assistance when needed during the planning of funeral services.

Vision

To promote comfort to those who need it with compassion during their time of bereavement. To comfort those that mourn as Matthew 5:4 says: “Blessed are those that mourn, for they shall be comforted.”

Goals

1. Be a care and support system for all members of our Kingdom Embassy family as well as our community during sickness & bereavement.

2. Monthly visits to local hospitals and nursing homes.

3. Follow-up visits with bereaved families who have lost a loved one within the year.

The Angel Ministry would like to take this time to say thanks to all of our Kingdom Embassy family & friends who have stepped in and responded to the emails that go out asking for your support to provide desserts, drinks and food as well as your time and energy when needed during our families time of bereavement.
